“The customers are happy. We are happy.”

Sørbø Industribeslag, a leading Norwegian company in the door and window industry, has had ROCA products in its range for a long time. The collaboration with ROCA has proven to be extremely positive. Beate-Helene Andersen, sales manager for the Bergen/Vestland region, takes a look at the cooperation so far.
 
Sørbø Industribeslag supplies more than 2,500 customers in the door and window industry. ROCA's products have now been an integral part of Sørbø's range for more than one and a haöf years. When asked how she likes the cooperation with ROCA Industry, Beate-Helene Andersen has a clear answer: “I like working with ROCA.”
 
Beate is particularly enthusiastic about the configurator for glass walls: “Your planning tool provides good explanations and creates images. This makes it much easier for our customers to imagine the end product.”

 

A unique selling point

The glass configurator allows Sørbø to send offers to its customers without any detours.

It is also a unique selling point for ROCA: “I have never seen anything like it from your competitors. The configurator is already good and the in the course of it's further development, it will definitely become even better.”

 

Decibel Sliding Door is the common favorite

The majority of Sørbø's customers are construction companies. Beate-Helene says that there is one ROCA product among them that is particularly popular: “The most popular is definitely the Decibel Dliding Door.”
 
Sørbø sells the version in black the most, but they also have many other versions of Decibel doors and door frames in stock. “The customers are happy. We are happy. Sometimes delivery may take a little longer, but if the products are so good as yours, that's not a problem."
