In a time when many industry colleagues are struggling with profitability and are forced to reduce their workforce, ROCA Industry is doing the opposite. We are moving forward and are pleased to welcome five new employees to our team!

Strengthening our product development team
We are proud to present two new product developers who will contribute to further refine and broaden our range:
- Klas Harlin has a solid background in product development and innovation. He most recently comes from a role as Senior Sales Engineer at Tacton. Read more about Klas here.
- Hampus Karlsson joins the team as a junior employee. Hampus is already a familiar face in our office, as he, together with a fellow student, completed his degree project here as a master of science in mechanical engineering at Luleå University of Technology last fall.
"Klas and Hampus' knowledge and drive will help us to continue to be at the forefront of innovation in our product areas", says Magnus Eriksson.
Investment in the German market
Our international presence is a central part of our growth strategy, and we see great opportunities in the German market. As part of this effort, we welcome Florian Schadendorf to our Back Office for German customers.
Florian, a native German speaker, most recently came from the solar wholesaler EWS where he worked as Inside Sales & Operations.
Florian started at our office in Tyresö last fall and has since supported our sales people who are out in the field in the DACH countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Florian thus plays a key role in our growth journey and contributes to strengthening relationships with our customers in these markets. Read more about Florian here.
Strengthened logistics and warehouse
Efficient warehouse management is crucial to meeting our customers' needs. We are therefore pleased to welcome William Lenander and Kalle Ålander to our warehouse team.
